Directions
The Foundation offices are located on US Route 1 (Main St.) across the street from the Freeport Fire Station and Police Department on the second floor in the green building.
Traveling from the South:
Follow I-295 N to Exit 20 (Desert Rd. toward Freeport). Bear right off the exit onto Desert Rd. Desert Rd. becomes US Route 1 (Main St.) Follow US Route 1 North one mile. 15 Main St. is located on the left.
Traveling from the North:
Follow I-295 S to Exit 22 (Maine 125/136 toward Freeport). Bear right off the exit ramp onto Mallet Drive. At the traffic light turn right onto US Route 1 South and proceed .5 mile. 15 Main St. is located on the right, just past West Street.
*Please note that some GPS devices and Apps provide incorrect directions. Please follow the directions above, noting that our location is on Route 1, in Freeport, not Main St. in South Freeport.
